CPPP was introduced as a learning program for all employees in our organization. My main reason to pursue CPPP was to gain awareness of ongoing procedures and methods in procurement. Just as a small hole in a boat, leads to sinking of boat, similarly the loop holes in the procurement process leads to degradation of projects in long term. If procurement is executed with best practices, then the chances of project failures can be reduced and misuse and wastage of project resources can be avoided.

No matter what the working domain is, the knowledge of CPPP was beneficial to find out the various loop holes in the process of procurement, which is the core activity of every project.
