I have done I have completed my Bachelor of Sciences in Water and Environmental Engineering and also my Masters in Water and Environmental Engineering at International Institute for Water and Environmental Engineering, Burkina Faso. I am also a scholarship holder of Robert S. McNamara fellowship program of World Bank from September 2016 to February 2017 for a six months stay at McMaster University (Canada) and PhD Student at 2iE/Water Resources and Hydrology Lab since 2015.

I work for Burkina Faso government as Rural Engineer since January 2010 where I have served as Director of Legislation and Coordination of water management agencies in the Directorate General of River Basins / Ministry of Water, Hydraulic and Sanitation Facilities and prior to this, as the Head of the National Service of Documentation and Information on Water at Directorate General of Water Resources (DGRE). In January 2015, I got a permission from the government to do a PhD on Water Resources Management.

My experience in procurement concern essentially the definition of specifications of some materials used in water resources monitoring during the elaboration of the bid documents. I begin the CPPP courses as a curious man who wanted new skills in Good Governance and Development. CPPP is a very interesting and useful course with a lot of case studies on procurement processes which can help you to lead a procurement process efficiently and effectively. You will learn how to conjugate codes, laws, integrity, your own knowledges and others procurement technical tools for a good management of resources and contribute to the development of your country.
