My professional education includes B. Tech in Electronics and Communication. I have more than 9 years of experience in electronics industry and presently employed in one of the most reputed Defense Public Sector Undertaking of India.

Since the very first day we start building our projects, I, as a D&E Engineer, experienced that the procurement of components, materials and services always moves as a parallel activity with our project and goes hand in hand with the project cycle, moving through various stages from conceptualization, realization, prototyping to production/deliverable.

Scheduled delivery of any project/ product is possible only if you have the right material in right quantity at the right time, in each stage. And a minor delay can severely affect the project’s progress. Hence, procurement activity is the backbone of all major companies, organizations and industries.

CPPP course participation was initiated in our company by our top management. It was largely welcomed across all groups due to its course structure. The integrated course puts forth a detailed view of all procurement procedures in such a simple and effective manner that one can easily understand this complex subject.

The “Public Procurement and Good Governance” is a very valuable and helpful inclusion in the program and helps in the direction of creating awareness and realization of a corruption free society.
