I hold an engineering degree in Environmental Science and Technology from the “Ecole des Mines de l’Industrie et de la Géologie” (EMIG of Niamey-Niger) since 2015.

I am completing training in public procurement at the “Ecole Nationale d’Administration et de la Magistrature” (ENAM in Niamey-Niger).

My professional experience in public procurement focuses on the internships I had to carry out at the project level for the World Bank in Niger within the framework of the training which I am about to finish. I had to use the documents (guidelines, type DAO, TPD type World Bank) in the framework of public procurement.

In Niger, public procurement is an area of potential emergence. Public spending is highly regulated to ensure delivery of principles such as economy and efficiency, transparency, integrity, equity. It is in this context that I have developed a real desire for this field to make my modest contribution to the development of my country and even beyond.

It goes without saying that the Public Procurement Course (CPPP) is a clear reflection of good practices and experience in procurement. This course was designed not only with the way but with the art. It has brought together not only the best procedures for issues such as procurement principles, procurement 5Bs, the best way to manage contracts etc, but also the right solutions for problems and governance risks in procurement.

The CPPP is a real library for sharing experiences in public procurement. I call on all stakeholders to strengthen and improve their experience in this field and to acquire a CPPP.
