I have a Masters degree in Business Administration from Swiss UMEF University and a Bachelor degree in Economic Extension from KabuI University.

I have more than 5 years of experience in procurement. Currently, I am working as Procurement Specialist in National Procurement Authority (NPA), Kabulsince April 2015.

Prior to this, I was working at Ministry of Agriculture Irrigation and Live Stock, Kabul since 2010 and then at Procurement Policy Unit of Ministry of Finance since 2012.

I attended many internal and external workshops and seminars on financial management and procurement. Also, I obtained on the job training in procurement at Afghanistan Civil Services Institute (ACSI) in 2010.

I found Certificate Program in Public Procurement very useful course for financial management for procurement and procurement related management, and suggest that all procurement professionals globally, should take this course.

I found this course through our organization (NPA) and due to my interest and to professionalize myself in the field of procurement I completed it.I wish World Bank extends this program for long term degree awards as well.
