I hold a Master’s degree in Social Science and recently pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Sarhad University Peshawar. I have also attended various trainings on Public Procurement, Contract Management, Public sector Finance Management, as well as Certificate Programs on Enterprises Recourse Planning.

I started my career in 1997 from an International Non-governmental Organization, and subsequently joined the HIV/AIDS Control Program as Provincial Store and Logistics In charge. Later, I moved onto TARUCCI/FUCP (Urban Infrastructure projects), FATA Secretariat, as Administration and Finance Associate. Currently, I am working as a Procurement Officer in Governance Support Program (GSP) Implementation Support Unit (ISU), Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, administered by the World Bank.

My motivation to complete the CPPP, CPCM and PDPP courses originate from my aim to develop skills through continuous learning and gain professional excellence in the field of Public Procurement.

Procurement professionals ought to be fully equipped with emerging technologies and techniques in the field of Supply Chain Management and Procurement Management. These are essential for a more competitive environment, effective and efficient procurement ensuring Value for Money, Transparency and good Governance.

I find the courses to be extremely well structured and well designed interactive skill enhancement programs not only for procurement professionals but of course for the general public too. I recommended this program to all my professionals who are directly or indirectly linked to public sector procurement.
