My name is Qais Rasooli and my educational qualifications include schooling from Habibya High School and Advance Diploma in Financial management and Accounting from National Institute of Management and Administration (NIMA). I completed my graduation degree at Dunya University in Afghanistan.

I have more than 7 years of work experience out of which I have worked for 5 years in the area of procurement. My specific reason for doing CPPP was to have a learning in Public Procurement. I found the course suitable for learning public procurement at a basic level.

My specific message to the audience regarding CPPP is that it is a useful training program for professionals who want to use the knowledge of public procurement in their work.
